Review: On Feb 27, 2014 Accardos Appliance of Jefferson, La came to my apartment to repair my oven and my dishwasher. They stated that both appliances needed new parts that they would order. They said that it should take a week or less for the parts to come in and that they would contact me to set up a time to perform the repair. They charged me $81.75 on invoice [redacted], which would be credited against the final cost to perform the repair.They never contacted me, and so after a month I contacted them. They said they were still waiting on a part for the dryer. I said there is no dryer in question, that it is an oven and a dishwasher. He said he would contact the technician for an update and get right back to me. He never got back to me. After a couple more weeks, I contacted them again. They said they just moved and everything is a mess, but they should have the parts. He said he would send a technician out on Thursday April 24, between 8am and 1pm. They never showed, and I missed a day of work.I would like my $81.75 back so I can hire someone else to perform the repairs.Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like my $81.75 back so I can hire someone else to perform the repairs.
