return to their table for fear of being berated again. She is arguing and complaining about everything and wanting the entire meal for free. One of them goes inside the restaurant telling the manger they are not paying the bill. According to Indiana law, if someone orders food and refuses to pay for it, it is considered conversion. It does not matter if they like It or not. Acapulco Joe's is always happy to replace an Item ordered or substitute it for something else. We always try make every customer happy. She said she is a regular eating here 2 times a month, but then complains to the Revdex.com that the food is bad. Their visits were 8 weeks apart. She was saying the food is terrible here. According to her complaint she has been eating here every few weeks. If It is so bad then why come back. If it Is bad enough to complain to the Board Of Health, then why eat it. The entire time she is complaining, her husband is telling the wait staff that they have never had a problem before that night. He said the food was great, but service could have been better, 1 think she was upset over the drink price and was looking for fault with the restaurant. As you see from the Facebook message she is on a mission to destroy us. No refund will be given. Directly Insulting and threating the owner or staff is not the way to resolve an issue. Berating wait staff is not appropriate. We will reassign a wait staff member at your request. The manager did not think this would resolve the Issue.
