We bought a beautiful truck , with our hard earned money at a great price. Finance Manager actually did the deal.... and we left that day with it. Returned following day for detail... total run around ... was told they would make the tires right... left us with 2 balled back tires. They promised to fix the key FOB, never got a call from dealerships so say contact from Pop-a-Lock to fix it. Now 7 months later - doing warranty work - come to find out - they put a CAR battery inside a 2500HD Diesel truck .. no wonder the electronics was glitching. Of course not covered under the $2k Extended Warranty we bought ... we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and make it right.... no understanding, no thinking or anything - PLAIN as DAY - "NO" - will NEVER buy there or recommend anyone - sad part - we have a Beautiful Truck we luv! All they had to do was meet us 1/2 way - NOPE!! Rooks and Crooks!

My car has been at Mazda 3 times within a year to get fixed for the same problem.
12/1/2016. Car was brought to Mazda cause my alarm randomly goes off and the battery drains dead. Receipt says found a short in BCM and replaced, car was ready 12/16/2016. 4/24/2017. Car was brought back to Mazda for same problem. Receipt says found short in left front door and battery failed test. Replaced left front door actutor and battery. Car was ready 5/2/2017.
7/10/2017. Car was brought back for same problem. Receipt says found an open circuit in right front door ajar switch, replaced right front door actuator. Now it's 11/24/2017, I've called Mazda and left a message to speak to manager and haven't gotten a call back, tried again today and left a message with no call back. With the computers and training these technicians have to work on this specific car I think they should have found the problem by now. I was told I wouldn't have to pay for repair of my car if it's the same problem but I've had to pay every time cause they change a different part which is the loophole for making me have to pay and I'm tired of being taken advantage of and still have the same problem with my car.

Desired Outcome

I want my car fixed right and don't think I should have to pay since I've paid 1,741.73 so far to get fixed and they haven't done that yet.

Mr. Vaughn did in fact bring his 2010 Mazda 3 in for service on 12/1/16. A body control module was replaced and vehicle returned to him on 12/16/16. On 4/24/17, 4 months from the original repair, Mr. Vaughn returned to the dealership stating that he was having the same problem. The computer diagnosed his vehicle with a left door actuator was malfunctioning and was also drawing down the battery. The left door actuator was replaced to eliminate the problem. The vehicle battery was also replaced during this visit at no charge to Mr. Vaughn. Vehicle returned to Mr. Vaughn on 5/2/17. On 7/10/17, 2 months after the second repair, Mr. Vaughn returned again stating that he was having the same issue. Again Mr. Vaughn's vehicle was connected to the computer which will diagnosis the problem correctly. It was determined that the right front door actuator was malfunctioning. The right front door actuator was replaced and vehicle given back to Mr. Vaughn. On 11/24/17, 4 months after the 3rd repair, Mr. Vaughn states he is currently having the same issue with his vehicle. Acadiana Mazda has repaired Mr. Vaughn's vehicle as per the diagnosis of the computer system which he states should be able to tell the technician of the problem to properly fix his car. As of this last repair Mr. Vaughn's vehicle has approximately 144,150 miles on it. Acadiana Mazda feels that we have fixed Mr. Vaughn's vehicle with various lengths of time, from 2 - 4 months, in between where there was no issue with his vehicle and every time he returned the computer diagnosed his vehicle with a different problem. If the work we performed at Acadiana Mazda had not fixed the issue at the time MR. Vaughn brought his vehicle in for repairs the problem would have immediately reoccurred. It would not have taken from 2 - 4 months to reoccur if it was the same problem with his vehicle. We have no control if different parts malfunction that may cause the same situation. That is why we rely on the technology and computer diagnosis we have to work with. If Mr. Vaughn wants to bring his vehicle back to the dealership to get checked out and it is deemed that one of the repairs that we have already made to his vehicle is cause of his current problem we will gladly repair his vehicle at no cost to him. If the problem he is currently having is diagnosed by the computer to be the result of another part failure that has nothing to do with any repairs Acadiana Mazda has already performed on his vehicle Mr. Vaughn would be responsible for the cost of that repair.
