We purchased our family vehicle from AC Provos, not a week later and we were already back in there with things that needed to be fixed. The price listed on the vehicle when we purchased it was $3,000.00 less then what we ended up paying. I had asked for a written disclosure of the vehicle and was told I needed to go online and pay for one myself. There was also no Informational window sticker posted on the SUV. I had called in regards to the AC not working and was told "sorry, your on your own with that" Unbelievable in my eyes! Customer service has failed to provide assistance and was also very inappropriate. They also only gave us 1 key. We woke up last night in the middle of the night to someone stealing our vehicle, so we thought, 1 payment had not gone through and they had come to repossess the vehicle. We received no notification of a missed payment or a phone call to see why the payment had not been processed. I had shouted at the people who came in my driveway and took the vehicle but no one stopped to identify themselves. The police were called and the very next morning the company was called, the man on the phone had told us a letter was sent but we have no proof of that, no letter came to my home. The company had also told us the vehicle was detailed and ready to go when we took it home.....the vehicle was disgusting inside with a fruit snack stuck to the arm rest! Very shady and unethical in all of their practices at the company! Will never do business with them again and will be spreading the word!
