You can say what ever you wish, I have attended *** Training courses. Out of the 10yrs of working on ***. I can tell you "I can rebuild this unit", but there is so much neglect and damage caused, I've never seen such a messThere is NO guarantee anyone I mean anyone could fix this unit in the field on the 1st or 2nd try, THAT I CAN ASSURE YOU. If I hadn't called ***, you wouldn't even have known the heat exchanger had any warranty left. parts on this unit are not on warranty anymore (5yrparts / heat exchanger 10yr.) Parts I ordered to replace 70% of parts what I saw to be damaged and what the mfgwould send me, CAUSED BY NEGELECT! The unit would been 70% rebuilt and there is NO warranty that more parts were to be ordered after assembly without test & monitoring I would NOT have warranted such a mess anyway. Your best bet is to find one on *** in which I did $400-$500. Have your new guy install it for $150-These units are complex and many moving, electrical parts to predict which are working or not until installation & start up. The only reason why I walked away is your rude attitude & not sure you were going to payAll parts you claim, I damaged cut, bent were parts that are to be replaced anywayBecause of corrosion it is impossible to remove without some heavy persuasion. I have pictures I took with my phoneThe only way anyone can guarantee this unit is to replace 100% of all parts, the manufacture refused to send all parts of new unit. I request a new unit for you. call me what you will but I tried to help and this is what I getNOW I KNOW WHAT JESUS FELT! & my family members that came back from Vietnam. Before you cast the 1st stone, make sure you have NO FAULT. GOOD BYE & GOOD LUCKMy only mistake was that I didn't walk away when I saw the mess

NO I diagnosed the situation as a heat exchanger ruptureThe home owner was in a jam & could not afford or did not want to replace the unit (he could buy it I would install it 1.5hr$charge to install)I attempted to rebuild the unit with the warranty parts, I ordered but
after disassembling & further close inspection of the unit, I found other parts behind the scene that were damaged corroded from water leakI reported this to the homeowner him advising the home owner the tankless water heater will not work without these parts and I did not want to disassemble & assemble the unit twice. I advised him I would speak to manufacture Monday 30th of and see if they will send him a replacement unit because I saw of at least 60%+ of the parts damage caused by the heat exchanger ruptureThe manufacture refused, so I then ordered the more parts that I found to be faultyI'm not sure if all the sensors are all operational (they may have to be ordered by the next repair company)Damage like this is hard to determine if all the parts are functional, until it is assembled and testedError code faults will notify / signal The unit is 8yrs old and was already severely damaged by a ruptured heat exchanger tank, days before I arrived, neglect on his part beyond a simple repairHe is not the original home owner, therefore any warranty in null and voidThe home owner let the unit leak water on all electrical parts for several days before calling anyone causing of corroding of the metal & internal electrical parts causing severe rust, corrosion damage He is rudetherefore we exercised the right refuse service. I offered to give him all the warranty parts today 4/1/2015, but after this stint, I am returning all warranty parts to the manufactureHe can try to reorder the parts himself & wait another week, but once I tell them he is not the original owner… I'll leave it up to the manufacture to decideThis unit was NOT properly maintained by the homeowner! Phoenix metro area has the hardest water in the country & needs annual service with a complete flush to remove the scale, minerals and salt deposits per manufacture specifications and maintenance instructions. I did nothing wrong, but try the help him out The replacement parts are in town or will be by Friordered and can be reassembled with new partsThere is NO damage caused by us, that was already done before we arrived to diagnose the problem The new repair guy obliviously doesn't know *** units from a hole in the wall! All and all the pipes that were cut are part of the old heat exchanger that is to be replaced & are attached to the NEW HEAT EXCHANGER!!! I CAREFULLY DISASEMMEMBLED THE UNIT, if I damaged or cut pipes that's only because they are the old parts to be replaced, screws were corroded so bad because of corrosion they stripped out I order new valvesany qualified technician knows when you mix water, metal & electricity it creates electrolysis & a galvanic corrosion (time lapsed corrosion) fusing screws to valves, rusting electrical coilsI can email you with a complete parts list and view of the unit & parts location proving I did NO unnecessary damage or cuts The manufacture has NO local distributer for parts & warrantyThe local distributor only carries the tankless water heaters & limited on parts especially for this 8yrold unitIf they did we wouldn't be answering complaints from this homeownerCases like this are rare but it does happen at least 10%, the homeowner increase the odds by neglect of maintenance and calling us days after the leak.I will release the parts to the homeowner ONLY if he dropps this complaint and never bother us again with any frivolous complaints or actions. I feel the home owner is negligent 100% and won't take responsibility for his lack of maintenance and improper care He is 100% accountable for his actions or lack of, and is trying to get a free repair Any reputable repair company would say the same, if not they are leaving themselves open for liability for any misleading or accusations NO one could have any foreseen hidden until disassembly & further close inspection is needed The Revdex.com needs to visually field or have him bring it into your office to inspect the unit for yourself, so you will have a more education decision of the outcome I would like to be present if you chose this course of action

YOUR BARKING UP THE WRONG TREE!  [redacted] WAS BOUGHT OUT BY [redacted] IN 2012.
MARK R[redacted] & AC MEN IS NOT AFFILIATED ANY ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM with [redacted].  I'm sorry for your lose but [redacted] has gone by several names.  please remove...

my phone number from [redacted] or what ever name and number they went by!I was and employee with [redacted] in 2012 to 2014. PLEASE REMOVE the phone number and my name removed from [redacted]. AC MEN is an entity all its own.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. In regards to AC Men's response, which is far from the truth, I no longer wish to pursue any monetary actions against them. Obviously they had no clue what they were doing, but in tearing the unit apart as badly as they did, the new AC people I hired were able to show a picture of the unit to [redacted] (manufacturer) which allowed me to obtain a new replacement unit. So in retrospect, their incompetence actually worked in my favor, although it still cost several hundred dollars to replace, which by the way I can afford without issues. I just want individuals who hire AC Men to understand that they may not being getting the expertise that is being paid for. Regards,[redacted]
