ABW Credit Union

I requested that my debit card which they declared voided because of unauthorized transactions be sent to me. I had recently moved and filled out a new address card with the post office. After several weeks of no card, I requested that card be cancelled and to send out a new card. At that time a change of address with the credit union was completed and faxed. With my PO Box you can also use a street address, along with the PO Box number. Apparently, the second debit card was returned to the credit union (some woman Ann and her boss) claim it just arrived today (10/30/19). I asked before you finally admitted that the new card was returned to them if I could have the card delivered to the credit union and I pick it up from there. The credit union employee first stated that the address needed to be verified stating to me that I could not use a street address with a PO Box number which is incorrect. Anyway I verified to use only the PO box number ... the credit union employee said "I'm not going to service you if you yell." I wasn't yelling I speak loudly period. These folk at this credit are so incompetent ... since I had to wait almost a month for a new card that they cancelled I've had to take off from my job to go to the credit union before work. One morning I arrived and was told the system was down and they didn't know when it would be back up. This place is not opened on the weekends. I am so tired of dealing with incompetence and lazy employees. If there was an issue with my address why wasn't I notified immediately.
