This international transaction was complicatedI have found that [redacted] did all we could to process the check in a timely mannerCollection of international checks, especially non cashier’s checks, often take as long as weeks to be processedThe check that [redacted] deposited on December 10th was not a cashier check and did not have all the information to qualify for processing We were notified by the company that processes our international transactions ( [redacted] ***) on Dec 28th that the check was missing the name of the remitter, which was the case, and could not be processed further We contacted [redacted] asking for the name of the remitter information on December 28th and received a reply from him until sometime shortly before we resubmitted the check on January 4th The funds were fully collected and credited to his account on January 21st [redacted]
