Hello ***, I am responding to a complaint made about my business Family Dentistry & Aesthetics by a patient *** Finker I am trying to talk to *** to work out something as I don't like to have an unhappy patient. This was a difficult situation and I think we did our

Hello ***, I just talked to *** *** about his complaint. He and I had a nice conversation. We agreed that nothing was done incorrectly but that he isn't happy with his new dentures. I am not comfortable making him a new set or even just a lower as I don't think I can do any better job than I already did. He came into our office complaining of the same thing from a recent set of dentures made at Afdent that he didn't like. I advised a reline on that set as I could tell it would be difficult to improve on his previous ones, but he chose to do a new set When we finished after appointments to make his dentures and adjustments free of charge, he was unhappy with the fit. I was at a loss of what to do so provided him with a new reline of his existing denture at no charge so he could wear that denture as a back up, this is a $charge which I did for free and he is happy with that. I also just agreed to send him a check for $to refund him the amount for the lower denture so he could get a new one made somewhere else. I didn't agree to send him the other $as I thought we did a good job on his new upper denture and he can wear that one, plus I need to cover my laboratory expenses as I have definitely lost money on this case He agreed to the refund of $and the free laboratory reline of his old lower which I have already done and he would drop his complaint about me Please drop the complaint and check with him if you need to I also referred him on to a specialist in dentures so he can try to get help in the future. I am glad *** and I came to an agreement and we are both moving on satisfied with good communication which is usually all it takes. I am sorry you had to get involved but at least we came to a good agreement through this process Let me know if there is anything else I can do, *** *** ***
