which does include the membership. We have a no hassle refund and cancellation policy and the customer should have been refunded and canceled when they contacted support. The account has been cancelled, and it has also been refunded for the 2 months that were charged on the account for the membership. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.    We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and will work harder in the future to make sure every customers needs are met.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Mr. [redacted]. We have contacted the company responsible for the multiple charges to Mr. [redacted]'s account in which they have since then issued him  a full refund. Again apologies to Mr. [redacted] for the inconvenience and confusion.

The customer made his purchase online for the two Everstryke Matches also purchasing the Bushmaster Bible of $27.00. I have issued the customer a refund please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I find it odd that if I was credited back in Feb and again in April, considering the 7-10 days plus weekend and holidays, that I didn't get any refund in my account until late March for the February refund and early May for the April refund.
