Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The complaint was twofold The first was the complaint regarding the width of the opening for the stove When cut incorrectly, I was still charged for technicians to come out to repair This matter was resolved and the was refunded The second aspect of the complaint has not been resolved The depth of the countertop on the right of the stove is not the same as the depth of the countertop on the left of the stove (see pictures in following email) The technician stated that the depth is based on the depth of the overhang The depth of the overhang is different on the left than it is on the right I received a follow up phone call from the company who chose not to address this matter The countertop was templated incorrectly After measuring, there is another overhang that is more than 1/inch I am not complaining about any of the other part of the countertop only the one surrounding the stove because it is so obvious In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
