Over the past few years I have used the services of this plumbing company on at least four occasions They are courteous, prompt, efficient and are fair with their billing practices MrManning is exceptionally knowledgeable of his craft and I would strongly urge using this company for any plumbing necessity

Review: Worked with them for many years. Recently the owner has become greedy or lazy. Had blocked 4 inch plumbing pipe and called him to clear. He said $140. Came out and worked on it and gave me bill for 350. Three days later it backed up again. Called him 2 days later I called him again with backup and he said no warranty as he cleared it twice. Said it had roots. He insisted that if the sewage goes down, he is done. I said that is like taking a car with a dead battery to a mechanic and he jump starts me he said it is done. The mechanic needs to change the battery. He needs to clear the roots in the pipe. He hung up on me when I expected the problem to be solved. So $350 for nothing.Desired Settlement: He can return $200 and keep the $150. I will never deal with them again. I had a real plumber come out today and cut the roots for $150 with a real guarantee that will be honored.
