Mr*** was never a member at Absolute Martial ArtsHe simply took a free private lesson in 2008, after which he wrote a positive review about his experience at our Academy
Over a year later, he revised his
review to a negative review without ever coming in and trying our service againThis coincided with him joining another martial arts school
We thought this to be misleading and a misrepresentation of the experience he had at her school and to blatantly make us look bad to promote a competing business
Yelp recommends that you reach out to the individual who wrote the review to try to get them to change their mindSo we retained a reputation management company that reached out to ask him to try another class and re-experience our school and to hopefully have him change his review to a positive one
I am not sure what the resolution to this problem isHe never paid us any monies or was a member of our schoolIf the goal is to never contact him again, then yes, we agree, we have no plans on ever contacting him again
