To whom it may concern, We haven't heard from this customer nor had any contact from Mr [redacted] since 08/25/, Now just over a year ago when the gutters and other work was preformed at his homeThis customer was advised by the technician, and Mr [redacted] signed acknowledging that he had (pre existing )water damage to the outside wooden structure of his home at the time the gutters were installed , this is (why) the gutters were installed, to help (aid) the deterioration of the water damageWe also have site photos taken by the technician that prove that damages were already present when the gutters were installed We are very sorry the customer was not able to afford all the needed repairs at that time to resolve all the issues with the water damage , but we cannot be held liable for pre existing problems that the customer was already aware ofMr [redacted] might also remember that we had to refund just over $back to his credit card because he had went over his budget that he could afford , and we reduced the charges to accommodate his needs at that timeBest Regards [redacted] Absolute Home Services

*** *** *** *** and his employees don't tell the truthLike I said I just paid $to replace gutter that his employee installed improperly, also my question to *** *** is why his company has no email address for someone like me to contact himIt appears obvious to me the reason is that his company does shoddy work that they will not stand behind

Thank you for contacting us regarding *** *** , Involving our Work Order # ***
We have researched the matter with the phone center dispatcher, and
the field service technician, That had contact with the customer stated above The plain and simple facts, the customer paid us for a basic service call to diagnosis the appliance problem, The technician concluded the pump drain motor & board was defective,
the customer verbally declined the repairs, our technician then collected the service call fee of $, which is the standard fee's what we charge all customers for appliance diagnostics in that zip code If you review the (enclosed) text message log between our technician and the customer, you will see our technician tried very hard to satisfy all her questions and concerns,
the customer cannot seem to understand that the drain pump motor & board are built together as one unitthis is not a part that can be separated and serviced individually My personal observations conclude that the customer is unsatisfied with the "total" repair cost amount, we are truly sorry that the customer feels the cost is excessive,
We use only factory certified replacement parts for all repairs, which yes are sometimes very expensive, the customer may find another service company that are willing to use aftermarket parts,
that are indeed less expensive, But these aftermarket parts do not carry the factory warranty and labor warranty that we are required to use for all of our factory certified repairs

We also have site photos taken by the technician that prove that damages were already present when the gutters were installed. 
We are very sorry the customer was not able to afford all the needed repairs at that time to resolve all the issues with the water damage , but we cannot be held liable for pre existing problems that the customer was already aware of.
Mr [redacted] might also remember that we had to refund just over $100 back to his credit card because he had went over his budget that he could afford , and we reduced the charges to accommodate his needs at that time.
