Thank you, we are glad that you are happy with our install. It is our busy time, and we do apologize for the wait.

No response to voicemails, over 30 days passed. Did connect week of June 11th and was told service within 2 weeks. Additional voicemails ignored.
Bid taken by contractor 'Ruff Reams' (who built our house) over 30 days ago. Left 5 voicemails over the month of June, connected with company twice and was told service would be within 2 weeks. Additional voicemails left, and to date, I have received no follow up or direction. Main number is obviously a cell phone so I know calls are noticed which makes the lack of courtesy even more insulting. Being a resident of *** I have several friend who are renovating their homes and I will be sure to make sure they steer clear to avoid the same experience.

Desired Outcome

Literally...I only request simple, curious follow up. Not much to ask.

originally we met with a contractor at this job, gave him price and left. the contractor gave price to customer and informed us that it would be going directly through the homeowner. this is not a problem as it happens all the time. I told contractor that we were backed up and would let him know when we could get him on the schedule, as we have a lot of jobs that have water getting into houses that were in front of his, the customer job was to install a section of gutter under a deck to prevent water getting into an open carport. we install in order as jobs come into our office. we are letting all of our customers know up front that we are at least 30 days out on installs as the weather and issues with other installs have caused delays. Our office talked to the customer week prior and informed him that we would call him as soon as we had a definite date for install. this has been our practice for the entire time we have been in business as we only schedule 1 week at a time, due to weather and install issues. we only use cell for phones for our business as we are always out of the office and we all know how reliable those are. customer called 3 times week prior and was told we would call when his job came up for install, we did not get his voicemail until 1 or 2 days after he filed this complaint with Revdex.com. As soon as our office got the voicemail she called immediately and apologized and customer decided to go elsewhere. we are a small company and this is our busy season and all we ask is for our customers to be patient as our work speaks for itself. I do apologize that his voicemail didn't get to us until after customer went too Revdex.com and social media. as far as the "lack of courtesy", we have other jobs and estimates that we run everyday and cannot answer calls while we are dealing with them, we do miss some calls and voicemails and do apologize. I also see that it says 6-29 was last time we talked to customer which was a Friday, and this complaint was filed on the following Monday.
