Hi [redacted], Please accept our sincere apologies that the dancer did not show up.  When you called to confirm the event on Saturday evening we made repeated attempts to reach your entertainer and when he finally responded he informed us that something had happened and he could not make it....

 We agree with you that this is completely unacceptable and the dancer will not be given future events with our agency.  At that point we did try to replace the entertainer, however because you live in an outlying area the nearest entertainer was in Richmond or Washington DC, and would have arrived after 1am.  Unfortunately, dancers all come from the major cities, so getting them to outlying locations at the last minute is very difficult if not impossible.  We did process your refund right away on Saturday night, and we will be happy to give you an additional $100 credit that you can use towards another entertainer in the future.  Again, we are truly very sorry that it did not work out this time.  Thank you,Customer Service
