Absolute Auto Credit

I purchased a car at the 1569 rt 9 Fort Edward NY location 518-745-0316. Under the contract it specifies all repairs covered 100% with $100 deductible-called Worry Free Wheels. I have had the same problem with the vehicle since October 2019 and it has been to the repair shop with them on 4 different occasions to fix the problem. The problem is still not fixed and it has to go back for the 5th time. However, not only do they not fix it they advertise they have loaners but they are always "out" so I wait and cannot get a loaner. They want you to drop it off and they "will get to it when they can". That doesn't work for me when I live an hour away with no other form of transportation and they know this. I am very concerned with the lack of customer service and not adhering to the contract stating they would do all repairs. As a customer I shouldn't have to return to this garage 5 times for the same issue.
