I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The merchant's response is inaccurate in that we never refused a check and they mailed it almost three months late, not a few weeks.. The merchant designated it as requiring a signature and the [redacted] delivery came during our working hours. We tried going to [redacted] to retrieve the delivery (we had no idea who it was from), however [redacted] could not locate it. That said, the check was finally delivered and we can close the case, however the Merchant continues to misrepresent the facts. In any case, you may close the case however this merchant deserves their poor Revdex.com rating.

This customer had paid $700 in cash and it took a few weeks during the holiday season to issue a check to them. Once the check was issued, the customer was not home so the [redacted] delivery person left a notice and took the letter back to their nearest center. The customer refused to pick up the check,...

therefore we had to reissue the check to them again, which delayed the process yet again. Currently the customer has received and cashed the return check.
