Absolut Enterprise

Absolut has handled my pool service for a number of years. I texted Chris at the beginning of august to discontinue service until notified otherwise when Petri Pool Service was replastering the pool. Petri provided 6 weeks of cleaning in their charge to make sure the plaster wouldn't be damaged. I found Luis, Absolut's employee, cleaning the pool in September. This could potentially invalidate the warranty on the plaster. I texted Chris. He told me to call Kaelyn, his wife. He gave me the wrong number. He said she would call me. I explained the situation. I had Absolut on auto pay and accidently paid August and September. Kaelyn said I couldn't expect Chris to remember text messages but that she would credit me August and September. I decided to discontinue service and told her I wanted a refund instead. I never heard back from them after numerous texts and phone calls. I went to their house and talked to Kaelyn. She was very angry and said "We worked our butts off for you and here you hire someone else to replaster you pool." I didn't think they had the experience to do the job and they were overpriced. She has refused to refund my money which amounts to $320 for August and September. ClearlIy part of that time they weren't providing any service at all since the pool was torn up.
