ABS Air has serviced my A/C unit since June of 2011, I purchased a new unit in 2012, since then, I have had numerous a/c issues, they have done unprofessional service to my unit, that it has gone out up to four times per summer, the compressor has broken times, the reverse valve was not put on appropriately, was welded and broke various times that I had the unit, needed to be replaced two times This past summer, the compressor broke twice within a two week period, the Owner, Alfonso attempted to replace it with Goodman Corporation, they said that the duct system needed to be serviced, end result was neither company would replace unit not did ABS Air come to service or do any repairs needed to get the unit replaced *** ** news assisted in trying to resolve the issue, they contacted Goodman Corporation to assist with replacing the unit, they hired a company to give a finding on why the unit was not working, the findings were that the installation was not installed properly, su
