Mr [redacted] ordered a book from us and we provided exactly what he requested.He returned the book in damaged conditions, and received a partial refund

I bought a book from this business on *** This business sent the wrong book (Plus the book had a cracked cover board that this business failed to mention) I wrapped the book in the same bubble wrap that they used in shipping and then I also put it in a bubble mailer Thus I returned the book in the same shape that I received it in The seller was rude and condescending in all communications I'll be happy to forward copies of the email exchanges This business received the returned book on Feb18th, but refused to issue a refund

I am rejecting this response because: This man is a liar. I repackaged the book within an hour of
receiving it (in the same bubble wrap that he sent it in). It was returned in the exact same condition that it came in. This man also lied to *** claiming that he never received it back. He is a serpent
