We had our roof, soffit, and eaves replaced in the summer 2016 by All Weather Roofing. There was a misunderstanding initially and a rotting section of roof was not repaired, it was shingled over. They came back and quickly fixed the problem.
About 2 weeks ago we noticed our soffit was loose, we called to have it fixed and were told someone would be out. It has not been fixed and the soffit is now falling off. This is upsetting since it is falling off on the side where we park, falling metal and vehicles don't mix. We have called repeatedly over the last 4 days and it goes right to voice mail, we have left voice messages each time. I have also tried to contact the name on this site and it is disconnected.
We are now having to pay another company to fix this problem and replace broken soffit.
