I came into Luxe Beauty and Brow Bar to get my eyebrows tintedI had looked at the photos this salon had online of brow tinting so I decided to give it a try! I am going on my honeymoon next month so I wanted to feel pretty about myself and pamper myself with eyebrow tinting! I went in and got my eyebrows tinted and didn't quite get to get a good look at how she did on them because she didn't give me much mirror timeOnce I got home, I looked in the mirror, they were terribleI started bawling my eyes out crying so hard because of how horrendous they lookedThey were not even my eyebrow shapeThey were tinted on the skin above my eyebrows and not even the same shape at allThere were many spots not even tinted! I called to let them know and ask for a refund because it did not look like what they had advertisedShe argued with me and my husband on the phone and refused to give a refundShe was extremely rude, and they had terrible customer service
