About Care Home Care

Over the past month Griswold's care-givers have not shown up to work 3 times. One time for a WEEK LONG period. There were no telephone calls from Griswold or the care-givers stating that they would be late... or that the care-giver was not coming that day... in fact, had we not called Griswold to ask where the care-givers were, they would not have known their care-givers were "no shows". Very unreliable, and unprofessional.

The communication between Griswold and their care-givers and Griswold and their clients is the worst I have ever experienced... non-existent. After the second time a care-giver was a no show with no calls from either Griswold or the care-giver herself, "Eddie" at Griswold promised he would put his "most reliable" care-giver on our case... in fact, we had to go a week without ANY care-givers from Griswold in order to get this "most reliable" person, who was finishing another job. This morning when this "most reliable" care-giver did not show up... again with no call from either her or Griswold... "Eddie's" response was that he had not heard from her and his efforts to contact her were to no avail.

This is inexcusable. We will NEVER use Griswold again. The unresolved complaints regarding no-shows and the lack of communication between Griswold, their care-givers, and their clients sealed the deal.

We would warn other potential customers that if the care-giver "showing up" is important, look elsewhere!
