About Blind Cleaning

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I hired them to clean blinds that quite old. They told be there were risks related to cleaning blinds of this age and that they would evaluate them as they began the process. 5 of the blinds did not "survive" the cleaning process. I will replace them and only wish that when they noted that the blinds were too old to be cleaned the process would have been stopped.
The most disturbing part is that 2 blinds were not operating appropriately and I was charged a significant fee to have them repaired, and I agreed to the fee. After the cleaning process, 3 additional blinds did not operate appropriately and they charged me to repair them. Needless to say, this was disappointing and an indicator that this company does not stand behind their work.
They offered to apply the cost of cleaning the blinds to the purchase of new blinds. I rejected their offer as I have no trust in them whatsoever.
If you have older blinds I would recommend avoiding this company completely if you are looking to have them cleaned.

We are delighted with the job About Blinds Cleaning did in our home. The workers were professional and very efficient. We were pleased with their expertise in cleaning our blinds and ceiling fans with lights. We felt we got good value for our money and would highly recommend this company.
