Eric Wallis and Francisco Vera were falsifying reports at ABM Security Services. Under the supervision of Eric, Francisco was permitted to routinely write disciplinary reports based on conjecture, and Francisco was inappropriately eager to write them. These two sm***s would create and support any false narrative, that would secure their standings with ABM Industries.
