Horrible customer service, refused to listen and they harass you. They will tell you something, than do something else. I would not recommend them to anyone. They should not be in customer service or in business.

No customer service either through email or phone.
Website chat for online help...Unhelpful and useless...Once they did start the chat, a requested IMEI number was unavailable, That information was neither on the box, bottom of camera or in the instructions as is normal on all legitimate personal home security equipment.
On the second attempt to begin a chat, no one EVER answered even while my service provider was on the phone with me. Even used two other browsers to begin another chat and the complete same information came up...Which was extremely unusual. And to NO AVAIL.
There was absolutely NO way to hook up nor add the camera to my wifi, even with the help of my service provider. whom was also baffled, as the process WAS user friendly...(Password, cut, paste and connect to wifi. Easy enough that even a juvenile could accomplish.
Even the inside of the box looked as if it had been tampered with. Not only were there marks on the inside packaging insert which held the camera itself...but oddly enough all four corners of the inset in which the camera was seated appeared to be cut in a way that wasn't consistent.
Even a child follows the lines when using scissors.
There were even digits in the password that were obviously missing from the instructions of the welcome email that was sent to me, (in step by step instructions), instructing me to cut, and paste the password...as the connect light as usual should have illuminated. We attempted to add random digits...One or two, and the button illuminated, but of course would not connect.

This was a baby cam...Watch my baby!...I think NOT. And she's A DOLL!
