Review: 1. On May 29, a 50% deposit was placed on a glass tabletop for our dining room table . The cost of the glass top including tax was $737.23. On June 16, 2015, the glass top arrived. However the glass top was damaged. The delivery men tried to fix the damaged glass in our apartment. This did not work and the men removed the top and returned it to Able Glass in Caldwell NJ. 3. Finally the glass top was delivered on Friday, July 10,2015. On July 11, 2015, my husband and I noticed a scratch in the underpart of the glass top. In addition many imperfections appeared in the glass top. For example, swirls that looked like flowers plus bubbles in the glass top. 4. On July 11, 2015, I called Able Glass and left a message for Scott K[redacted], the owner. I explained that there were many imperfections in the glass plus a scratch in the glass. I asked him to call me and perhaps take a look at the glass top. After 8 or so messages left on his store phone and I phone, Scott K[redacted] did not contact me. 5. On July 14, 2015, I decided to visit the Able Glass store. Scott K[redacted] was not there. However his partner named Roy was at the shop. I explained how disappointed my husband and I were that Scott did not even make an attempt to call us. We trusted Scott, the owner of Able Glass. We would appreciate it very much if Revdex.com can resolve this unfortunate situation.Desired Settlement: My husband and I feel that Able Glass is not a trustworthy business. Able Glass has delivered 2 glass tops that were defective with many imperfections and a cut in the glass. We don't know if Able Glass can remake a third glass top without many imperfections. Therefore we request a refund.
