Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I find John O [redacted] response to have a significant lack of integrityWe entered into a verbal contract about the projectI was in contact with him to set up all the work to include a reduction in price, setting up dates and times The enclosed documents contain the text message exchange between John O [redacted] and myself starting back in December of It is clear by the text messages that he was in complete control of the project and even assigned Tim as the workerIn addition to John stating that he had nothing to do with this project he chose to point out my faults for not placing down a vapor barrier It was either 18th or 19th of April when Tim arrived at my house and was asking why I called better the Business BureauI told him it was due to the lack of adherence to timelines and lack f communicationI also informed him that John was "washing his hands" of the situation and throwing it in Tim's lap At this point I believe that John has poor business ethics and practicesAs I stated previously I will not be using his company againSincerely, [redacted] ***

I find John O[redacted] response to have a significant lack of integrity. We entered into a verbal contract about the project. I was in contact with him to set up all the work to include a reduction in price, setting up dates and times.
The enclosed documents contain the text message exchange between John O** and myself starting back in December of 2015. It is clear by the text messages that he was in complete control of the project and even assigned Tim as the worker. In addition to John stating that he had nothing to do with this project he chose to point out my faults for not placing down a vapor barrier.
It was either 18th or 19th of April when Tim arrived at my house and was asking why I called better the Business Bureau. I told him it was due to the lack of adherence to timelines and lack f communication. Able Concrete did an estimate for this job, but it was never contracted by us.  There is no signed agreement between this customer and I.  One of my workers at some point in time agreed to do the work on his own, but in no way was he representing my company.  I spoke with a Revdex.com...

representative earlier, and was told to submit in writing that there was no contract between the customer and I.
