Review: Aardvark electrical came to my home to make some electrical repairs. My wife was home at the time. The technician made two repairs, one required him to go to a local store to get supplies. Prior to leaving for the supplies, the tech was paid via check for the work he had completed up to that time. Upon completion of the repairs, he was given another check for the balance of the work and my wife was given a receipt for payment of $323.34. Weeks later, I received an invoice for what was being called the balance due of $71.14.I called the Aardvark office and asked why I was receiving an additional charge. I was told that it was the balance due for the hours worked on the job. My contention is that I was given an invoice upon completion of the work and paid that full amount at that time. There was never any mention of a n additional balance due. I have since received a demand letter threatening a lawsuit.Desired Settlement: I do not feel that I should have to pay any additional amount. Their technician presented a bill and I paid it.
