He was given a large sum of money to rebuild the motor on my 2001 International Eagle tractor. First it took him over 4 months to repair this task. Second I did not even drive it a week when it broke down on me again. Everything in the truck was new or rebuilt. After the truck was brought back to my shop and my personal mechanic looked at the truck, we both determined that Piston #4 had come apart. The had put the piston safety pins in the truck incorrectly and it caused pressure on my new injectors. We had the truck delivered to him so he could fix the issue. We were told when we left the first time that our truck was under warranty and he would fix any problem.
He basically told us when truck was returned that it was not on him and he would not fix anything. He also tore up the driver side hood and light when moving in his shop. He has refused to fix that also.
Repair Since a trust issue is become a major issue, money to repair all damages to the truck. So we can get another mechanic we trust to fix the problem.
