you had called me to replace a mailbox lock I stated 29$ service call plus the cost of the mailbox lock around 85 you would have paid.

When I arrived your mailbox was locked in which case I had to drill it to open it. Drilling a lock or gaining access is also a service I provide as a locksmith. I also installed your lock.

75$ is a very fair price for service call plus labor fee. Every business has a minimum charge they charge the customer for services provided. You hire a locksmith by the hour or by the service. You also paid with no problem. Again, if I had charged you 150$ even over 100$ I would understand your complaint, but I charged you 75$.

I would be more then happy to refund you 75$ not because I believe you are right. I am very ethical by the way. I would refund your money just because if your complaining about 75$ for good service that was provided at 10pm, then you must need this money. And I'd like to help.

Either way, my reviews well exceed the 5 stars because my customers have only good things to say. I assure this one complaint, will not change the way people view my business or myself as a person.

All in all, good service, good price. Nothing to complain about.
