My ordeal began with Konia's blatant misuse of her position as a court appointed supervised monitor, who has leveraged her husband's connections, a tactic she employed to sway decisions in favor of his friends and church members, to the highest bidder. Her allegiance was not to the law or to the children's best interests, but to a covert network that operated on favoritism and backdoor dealings.
The depths of her deceit were further exposed when she threatened to sever my visitation rights over a bogus charge, a ploy she texted me about on a casual Sunday afternoon. The injustice was staggering, especially considering I had faithfully paid in advance for the visits. Her intimidation tactics were not just unethical but deeply personal.
Konia's unscrupulous actions extended to her alliances with family law attorneys. It became evident that she was not an impartial moderator but a puppet, twisting reports and manipulating facts to maintain a steady flow of referrals from these attorneys. Her role was less about mediation and more about orchestrating outcomes that suited her corrupt agenda.
The revelation of Konia being legally penalized $55,000 for her professional misconduct was a small consolation. This penalty highlighted her nefarious activities in withholding crucial information and playing a god-like role in her court reports. Yet, the damage she inflicted on families like mine is immeasurable.
I urge every parent dealing with Konia to be exceedingly vigilant. Document everything, as her ability to contort the truth knows no bounds. Her ties with the legal fraternity are a minefield, one that can explosively derail the rightful course of justice.
In conclusion, Monika Konia is not just a flawed person, she represents a dangerous reality in the world of legal custody battles. Her story is a stark reminder for all parents to tread cautiously and to question the integrity of those who hold power over our most precious relationships.
Very same experience. So sad for the children.
The person that wrote this email is a family court custody litigant. This is a child custody matterMy agency provides supervised visitation services to him and his two Children
On his supervised visits, father has repeatedly violated the courts rules and guidelines,
which I bound by law to enforceThese rules are intended to protect children both physically and emotionally, regardless of the wishes of the supervised parent. As a result of father's behavior, I had to write a court memo regarding his rule violations I can provide a copy of the memo upon request.

I wanted to write about my experience with this company. The company provides supervised visitation services. During my initial phone interview the company informed me of the price per hour and I accepted. I then asked if there would be a problem if I wanted a visitation report after one visit and she indicated that there would be no problem. I should have run when she said, “We will even beef up the report as it is only one visit." Embellishing the report would be unethical and unneccessary. I asked about the negative report with the Revdex.com and they claimed that the person who wrote the report suffered from "mental issues" and that the person is now using the company as his issues are now under control. She also said she should call the person and have them remove the report. I informed the ABC during the intake that I did not think it was in the best interest of my son to have 3 different monitors but the company said that is their protocol. They also wanted to do a vehicle inspection and inspect my car registration and drivers license, which I refused. During the visit the monitor answered a call and began talking about issues pertaining to another client - I hope. This became distracting as I couldn't help but hear him talk about "documenting" some problem (hopefully my son did not hear this). After the visit I requested a written report. She quoted a fee and it would take 10 days to write. Additionally she informed me if the Custodial parent will not pay half this will be written in the report. Later she informed me that she will write the report "according to their protocol." In the end I decided not to seek a report and find a monitor that is more professional, ethical and caring. I would suggest not giving them any money until AFTER they explain the contract. I made the mistake of giving them my money prior to contract review. Also beware that they will quote one price and once you get to intake there will be a driver's fee that is at the discretion of the company and not annotated on the contract. But the worst part is they have an extremely negative attitude toward the persons that provide their livelihood – the parents.
