Took vehicle to ABC Transmission to repair transmissionSpoke with General Mgr (***) and told him I needed my vehicle by a certain dateHe assured me it wouldn't be a problem*** failed to deliver vehicle when promised and made excuses that he could not rush his mechanics which caused forced me to make other plans because *** FAILED to have my vehicle complete
