First, we are sorry it has taken us a little longer to respond, due to the customer information, Since the customer mothers name was not stated, we had to research to figure out who this *** *** *** was in questions) We had never heard of this person, it would have been nice if we
had the mothers name stated in the letter so we could respond soonerHonestly at this time I hope we have the right customer information Mothers name *** Browning) We do not charge our customers without reason Customer account was delinquent Please review info on Acct Also we have not received her May payment as of yet We are servicing and have accommodated her We just ask the customer to pay timely per month Thank you for your time in this matter
In response to a letter we received from you concerning a complaint from Mrs [redacted] that she has with our garbage service. We would like nothing more to continue her service and her neighbor next door but we require each household to have their own individual service. She has been...
illegally letting her neighbor put trash with hers without being signed up with our company. We have worked with Mrs [redacted] on her account being slow payments numerous times and still continue to service. We try very hard to work with our customers but we have rules and have spoken to Mrs [redacted] and explained to her we needed her to get her neighbor to sign up for sanitation service in her own name. We have done it as nice as possible. We have never hung up on her, she hangs up on us. WE show our customers courtesy. We aren't for sure exactly how long she had bee allowing the double up trash but our driver reported it in October. Mrs [redacted] said she didn't feel like it was a problem to let her do it but she would get her to sign up the first of the month but we received a phone call from her neighbor stated she hadn't decided if she would be signing up after all. We have been in business around 27 years and service over 2,000 customers a week and have never had any problem with our customers or a complaint to the Revdex.com as far as the 3.00 she owes us 2.70 more we aren't sure where she is coming up that. Her service will continue as soon as the problem is resolved. The problem isn't between us , it is her and her neighbor. If yo could make any suggestions please let us know but we will welcome her back and treat her with the utmost respect if she agrees to abide by the rules, our monthly rate is only 28.85 a month which for 2 months it would be 45.70. For the month of August and September she paid 43.00 on 10/6/15 therefore she owed us 2.70 nothing paid for November or December. If you require this years payment record we could send it to you. All we require her to do is stop allowing other households to put garbage with hers or get the neighbor to sign up. We appreciate your time in this matter. Please let us know if you have a solution. Thank you.
Review: Our builder worked with [redacted] to supply our [redacted] for the new house we just built. We spent $20,000 for the siding and installation! The siding was prestained although it was not a good quality finish, but the situation got worse when the siding installers painted huge spots on the siding in order to cover the nail holes. The nail hole touch up paint supplied by the company did not match the siding at all. We now have a pokadotted house! Our builder [redacted]) negotiated with [redacted] at ABC and the siding company to repaint the entire siding with one coat of paint. (They did not specify which color it needed to be.) We requested a lighter color of the same color that is now on the house because the color does not match what the HOA of our neighborhood was shown and approved. ABC supplied us with a sample of the new color and we approved the new color. After 3 and 1/2 months of trying to get the house repainted we are now being told that the only thing ABC, [redacted] and the siding company are going to do for us is touch up the nailholes which were messed up. They tell us they will not pay $4000 to have the entire house stained with a good quality stain and a professional painter. We are told that the spots are not all over the house but this is not true. The entire house is spotted in different areas. ABC tells us they are also not going to get a professional painter to come and do the staining but that [redacted] who is not a professional painter is going to do this himself. [redacted] tells us all they are required to do is touch up the mistake. We have documentation that the siding company promised to paint all the siding one for us, one coat. This is all we asked for and are ok with one coat of good quality stain. I am an HR Consultant and have taught quality service for a large banking firm. This is not good customer service! It is not professional and is not a way any business should treat their customers.Desired Settlement: We would our contract upheld which is - our house stained - one coat in the color they supplied in a sample. We would like the stain to be a good quality - high performance stain, and done by a professional painter.

Response:
ABC Supply did in fact deliver prefinished [redacted] to the above address. Material was produce by [redacted] out of [redacted]. The product was pre-finished in accordance with manufacturing specifications with a high quality finish / finishing system. The touch up paint supplied was the correct touch up product, but application methods by the installer were not followed causing the effect noted by [redacted]. The issues noted were installation issues, not product issues.
Since ABC Supply is not involved with installations, Mick Self did in fact get a hold of the Builder, Installer and Siding manufacturer to pass along this information. Although it is not our decision to correct installation issues, it is our understanding that there has been an agreement by the builder and installer to hire a painting contractor to refinish the house in the original color paint which will be provided by [redacted]. If there is another color selected, there could be an additional charge for a 2 coat system, if, the agreed to 1 coat system does not cover the existing darker color.
At this point the resolution lies with the installer and it appears that they are agreeing to the requested resolution by [redacted].
ABC Supply Co. delivered shingles to my residence on 6/26/13. They brought a ten ton truck into my driveway. I was present the whole time and no one from the delivery truck came over and told me that their truck could damage my driveway. They asked the roofing supervisor to sign a release that it was okay to come onto my driveway. I never once was consulted even though I am the owner of the residence. If they had told me that he truck could damage my driveway (which already had fine line cracks in it) I would have told them absolutely not. Now it will cost $3000.00 to put in a new driveway. It just cost me $6000.00 to put on a new roof! They say that they only damaged a 3' x 3' area, but that is not true. The whole driveway in now uneven with separation areas up to 1" each. It makes me angry that it is legally okay for the roofing company to release the truck to come into my driveway even though it is my driveway! ABC states they are on a tight schedule and have to make deliveries in a fast manner and that they don't have time to hand carry the shingles. Yes they make more money making deliveries so fast and too bad for the owner because the owner has no rights! I know that other driveways have been broken by this company and also by other companies with cement trucks, moving vans and trucks with heavy equipment. This is wrong! It just shows that money is more important than the homeowner!
I am sorry to bother you with will sound such a trivial complaint but I could not let it go.On 5-4-2016 I paid for some siding ,soffit, etc for $156.81 (Receipt#[redacted]) from ABC Supply in Wyandotte mi.(2151 Eureka)..[redacted],a subcontractor, did a excellent job...In order to speed things up I said I would pick up the materials ...[redacted] told me in order to install soffit bottom (sol) siding he would need to open up the caulk and seals around windows so we agreed to not install..When I returned the (4) pieces back the Mgr.(Jim [redacted]).said was was unreturnable because of scratches...Well all the siding was taped up and threw onto my truck..What if I bought a box of siding ,do I have to inspect each piece..Not worth it for$12.00 bucks Mr.[redacted]...
Review: My house was getting a new roof mid- October 2013 from [redacted]. That company orders from ABC for material perchase and delivery. The day it was delivered I was at work and it had been raining the day before and the day of delivery and when I came home I found a huge muddy mess from their delivery man trying to drop off pallets.
I have ruts in my front yard going up a small hill from where he attempted to enter my property. Along the front of my porch, the land is uneven and mud now instead of the grass I used to have(including the fact that it goes into my neighbors yard as well). Last summer I mulched all around my garden, but when he drove the truck up there I guess he got stuck because my mulch was all tore up. The mulch is all pushed up and from him doing that it forced my lattice to come out of place as well(that was also just put up over the summer). The delivery truck also went through my back yard leaving 2ft deep rivets in the middle of my yard and ruts in the back yard where he must have had no traction. After all the mess he made in the yard, the best place he could drop off 3 pallets of roofing supplies was in my mulch on top of my flowers and pushing my gutter to the side. I called [redacted]) first. I had no idea there was even another company involved. I forwarded him all the pictures I took of the distruction. He proceeded to call me back and said he talked to [redacted], who was the manager at the [redacted] office. They both came out and looked at what happened from the driver. [redacted] said that it could be fixed and he was going to bring someone out. When they finally came out they had grass seed and sod. They laid the sod to cover the 2ft divits in my back yard and wanted to plant grass. At this point it is the end of October and it freezes overnight, no grass can be planted. The ground was too solid for any proper restoration to be made. The said that they would come out in the spring and fix it for me. He sent it in an email I still have stating that he would even out my yard and fix landscaping that needed to be repaired or replaced.
April 29th of this year I sent an email to [redacted], asking if we could get in contact to work something out since it was spring. I received an email back from [redacted] informing me that [redacted] no longer works at that branch. [redacted] had no idea what I was talking about as far as any of this was concerning. He came out to look at the property on the 1st of May. I showed him the pictures that I had taken when it happened and showed him around the yard for him to see everything. At that point he said that he, himself, could only offer me $100-200 or he would have to pass it to corporate. I told him it was going to cost more than $200 to fix everything. [redacted] asked me if I could forward him the pictures to send up as well. I sent him the pictures the same day. On May 6th, I sent him another email asking if he had received the pictures because I had heard nothing from them and asked how long a response usually takes. He emailed me back on the 6th and said he has forwarded the pictures up and would get an eta. That is the last I have heard from [redacted] or ABC Supply and its been almost a month to get any kind of answer.
While [redacted] was here and we were looking at everything, we talked about the driver and [redacted] said that it was up to the person in charge of the roof to tell him not to drive on the grass because it was wet. Apparently, the driver himself couldn't tell that it has just rained by the several times he got stuck and had to spin out in my yard. There was also an alley behind my house and the driver didnt go there and then drop the materials, he went all through my yard. [redacted] told me the materials needed to be close to the roof. I told him I understand that and that if that was the case, then he should have delivered them another day. Since [redacted] wasn't at that location when this happened, I asked him if he wanted to talk to my neighbor because she saw the entire thing going on that dayDesired Settlement: I want the yard to be even out, the mulch had to be fixed as well as the lattice(it just needs secured back on), plants replaced that were ruined by the driver dropping pallets in my flower bed, grass and dirt are needed to fill everything in. When it rains you can't walk in parts of my yard because they are either completely muddy or the water holds in the ruts. I want my yard to be restored properly as I was promised last October by the branch manager at the time. I hired ABC Supply, [redacted] sub-contracted to ABC Supply. My bill has already been paid in full to [redacted]

Response:
As we responded a few weeks ago to the Revdex.com where you are not showing our response since you didn't enter it, we have been in touch with the homeowner and are waiting for additional estimates from a landscaper for the damaged areas. Once all final estimates are received and agreed to this complaint should be settled. We'll update once everything is agreed to.
