The cesspool service employee did not properly treat and pump my cesspool. I was charged $515 for this service and began to have issues again the following week. I had initially thought it was an issue with the sewer line so, I had another company come to unclog the line. This company informed me that my overflow tank and cesspool were filled and that they were not properly serviced. This cost me an additional $1498. I had called ABC Sewer Service to ask for a partial refund to cover some of the costs. Their negligence had caused additional issues and has led to having to spend close to $2000 during the time of a pandemic (That has caused work insecurity for my family and financial hardship). I had tried to calmly explain my situation to the company's owner which, caused his attitude to change quickly. He grew increasingly agitated and began to raise his voice. As I continued to explain my issue, he abruptly hung up the phone. This company's negligence has caused a health hazard for my family and I because it created an excess amount of human excrement in my yard. I don't feel that this is not a reputable business and should not continue to operate under its current practices.
We were called to help this customer. When we arrived there was a health hazard to our employees. Our employees had to step over feces running all over the ground. We pumped 1,000 gallons and told the customer if she had any other problems to call us and we would be happy to help her again. During this pandemic we put our employees health at risk but we went out of our way to help. We received the call yesterday and the customer continued to raise her voice, my employee did not raise his voice he was actually very calm. If the customer would have only called us back before she contacted another company we would have been happy to go back and help her even putting our employees at risk once again. I don't know why this customer would wait so long to call anyone to help and have feces flowing all over the ground before calling for help. We could have refused helping her due to the fact that there was feces all over the ground. We have so many customers that respect our company and our employees and I refuse to have a customer that treats our employees with disrespect. I am sorry she is not happy with our services.
