ABC Paint and Body

Beware!!! They do not follow through with their 'guarantee" on the work they do!!
I had work done on my vehicle back in 2017. It was a brand new car that unfortunately someone backed into causing damage to the front end. The paint started peeling off the front horribly. Since the work was done at ABC, I have moved out of state, several thousand miles away and was unable to return it to ABC auto for the car to be looked at. I spoke to ABC auto telling them the issue, and sending them photo documentation of the issues. I requested they pay for the repairs to the work that was done improperly since they said they did warranty their work and I have the paperwork showing there was a guarantee. I got several estimates from different facilities in my now home town. I went back and forth with the manager via email and phone calls since May 2019. It is now September 2019. This is over 4 months later. The manager will not return my phone calls or emails. They sent me $500.00 which is less than half the amount needed to fix the extensive issues with the paint job done by ABC auto. They have not stood by their guarantee of their work and fully compensated me to have it corrected. I would steer away from this facility. I wish I had went with a more national company that has locations everywhere so that I could physically go into their office and state the issues instead of being ignored repeatedly by the management. This has been a huge hassle, waste of time, and great disappointment.

I am a repeat customer for multiple vehicles to ABC paint and Body. Mike and Javier have taken care of me extremely well. Prices are fair, and the work is performed quickly. We have had a few minor issues with the final product, but the problems are always resolved to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company.

ABC Paint And Body performed a repair to the front end bumper and mounting of the damaged bumper on my 2004 Lexus LS430. A few days later, while driving the vehicle to Ft .Worth, Texas the repaired bumper and mounting apparatus fell off the vehicle due to grossly negligent and faulty repair work. At this point I was forced to use another body repair company near where the bumper fell off to have them properly fasten the mounting of the repaired bumper. The cost to do so was over $900.00. I sent an emailed copy of the repair order to Mike, the general manager at ABC Paint and Body, requesting that he review the additional repair order and make restitution for the faulty negligent work hastily performed by ABC Paint and Body. I have made calls to discuss the matter with Mike, who has yet to return my phone calls.
