I am responding to the referenced case concerning our client, [redacted] and his complaint dated 2/24/ [redacted] is complaining that we did not provide acceptable proof that his client's email was never received in our [redacted] Shop on 2/24/I am enclosing the email trail where we tried diligently to respond to the repeated accusation that we were the victim of "Cyber-terrorism", "hacked", or simply did not wish to provide proof that the email which was allegedly sent was withheld or lost from our servers.As you can see from the emails, personally spoke with [redacted] , I enlisted my IT Department to search our servers for any indication that we were under "Cyber-terror" or "hacked" and the results of their forensic investigation was there was no malware, no intrusion, and the systems were working properlyI also went the extra Step to have them review the email server to our [redacted] office to see if there had been any disruption of Service, emails not delivered, etcOur findings were that our servers were operating properly[redacted] did not understand the "Send Receipt/Read Receipt" function in email but had he implemented that procedure, he would have been able to see if it had been received and opened in our [redacted] shopIt Was notI am at a loss to understand what other investigation we can doIf the email didn't come to our shop, I can't prove that it did not for I would have to verify that it was sent to the correct email.I am Sorry that [redacted] did not get his email printed in time and we value his patronage but his constant requests will not reap any further resolutionPlease contact me with any questions at [redacted] Sincerely,Keith SD [redacted]
