ABC Home Improvement Specialist

I have additinal documents to upload but cannot. But we are here beacause a contractor has an open contract with us to do specfic work. The work includes roofing, need to finsh, painting the kitchen ceiling, need to finish, guess room, left holes in the walls, gutter and drainage not
completed, yard has holes a s a result, pantry light, broken switch not repaired,AC/Heating not installed but paid for, and I have photos to callaborate. Contractor sends text messages saying that he will complete on specific days like Friday but never shos up. There is an additional $ left on contract. We have no intention on paying the contractor this amount. We want that amount refunded back to us along with the whatever cost wenr toward the purchase of the AC and heating that was never installed. Then we want to be released from this contract
