ABC Fine Wine and Spirits

I’m very aggregated I called the ABC fine wines store to see if they had a certain product in which they said no, when in fact they did because I ordered it online. I ordered my product at 2pm EST. My wife went to pick my order up at 5:20 pm EST and spoke with a young lady who said she would be right out. She waited 30 minutes out in the car. She went inside to find the young lady leaned over the counter eating food and talking to associates the young lady explained that she went to the bathroom and forgot.. My wife being aggregated she grabbed my order and left. I called them a half and hour later when I got off work to discuss with them on why this happened the young lady proceeded to lie to me and tell me she got busy with a customer when in fact she did not. This is completely unacceptable and I will proceed to go onto higher management to get this resolved.
