During the covid-19 lockdown, most appliance business operations were closed. ABC Appliance store in Pennsauken, NJ was not only open, but they also arranged for delivery and installation of
appliances I purchased. And, when the Internet rebate procedure presented a problem, their personnel resolved the problem.

In this trying time, with SARS Cov-2 rampant in our state and a recent cancer diagnosis in our family, our refrigerator started to expire. I spoke with Ben at ABC Discount Appliances and he quickly worked with me through the website and over the phone to identify a replacement model that would fit the space we have available and is good value for the money. In addition the new unit should be delivered in three days. I spent my career helping people when they were in need. It is nice to have the favor returned. ***.

Fred was very informative and understanding of our needs and our budget even when we made changes In our original appliance plans. He made good recommendations and saved us money by finding sales and rebates.

This was my first experience with ABC Discount Appliances and I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Ben. I was in the market for a particular gas range, and found exactly what I wanted at a price below any of the big box stores. In addition, Ben researched finding a griddle that would be compatible with the range. He spent some time after I left the store and e-mailed me that he had found it, and would have it in tree weeks. I would note that every big box store had delivery times several weeks to a month out. ABC said I could have it delivered four days later.A ll in all, it was a very satisfying experience. We will be going back to ABC for all of our appliances going forward. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a *** double oven and gas cooktop in December, 2017. ABC held my order until mid-January, when my contractor was ready, and then delivered within the promised delivery window. Prices are excellent, delivery from NJ to Philadelphia is very reasonable, and the delivery men took away the old appliances that were being replaced. Customer service was excellent. They returned phone calls and emails promptly. I purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, and rangehood from ABC about 5 years ago, and that experience, with a different salesperson, was just as good.

I was shopping for a replacement for my 36 inch range so I tried ABC Appliance to see their selection. They had a few models to look at but I was hoping to find a self clean oven, After doing some research on the internet I found a Miele that fit what I was looking for. I went back to ABC and my salesmen was extremely helpful. Miele were new to the store so he wanted to get all the information from their sales rep before he made the sale. He called and made sure I had heard from the company after the order was placed. He made another follow up call to see if everything was fine, I express my dislike that I was going to loss my oven use for a week before installation, He called the supervisor and got that corrected.He gave outstanding customer service and went beyond my expectation. I have purchased all my home appliances from ABC Discount Appliances since 1977. They always know details and specifications and can recommend the best appliance for my needs. They also are one of the best price-wise. Recently my dishwasher broke with only days until my daughter's family, including a dog and a four and a half year and 18 month old, moved in with me for a few weeks until their new home was ready. I needed a dishwasher immediately! I looked on ABC's website, called to ask a few questions and bought a dishwasher there the next day. It was delivered to my home and installed in 48 hours.
