The carpets and tile were cleaned that is in fact true. However, the day they were cleaned we were moving inI did in fact sign the invoiceIF the crew noticed excessive damage and knew the condition of both the tile and rugs were uncleanable - the right thing would be to tell the customer - they were beyond repair. That's what they were - why would a reputable company suposedly clean the rugs - which if you could see them - they were clearly not cleanedThey floor tile is a mess - I had to call in a contractor and spend almost thousand dollars for the tile alone. In addition, I had to rip out one of the carpets and the other one is on its way outIt is true, MrJeff attempted to look at the rugs, my husband was not home at the timeHe did send his manager the next day and did offer to reclean the rugs at no cost. However, the truth is - I already paid $and the rugs and tiles were beyond repair according to what MrJeff stateswhy would anyone want a "free reclean" when the owner states.....all the issues. This is unfair practiceWe are owed that money as the vendor did not deliver anywhere near the expectation of clean. I will proceed to small claims court for the moneyIn addition, will probably write an editorial with names to the syracuse Post standard. I cannot believe this company did not advise us that they would not be able to provide the service that was requested. cleaning a rug - tile - doesn't mean wetting it down and leaving the dirt on the rug and the tile - cleaning means removing the dirt and the dirt is still there. As noted, spending grand to get the floor to its original state is not a testament to the work provided. I'm disgusted with MrJeff T

On 7/22/15, Mrs. [redacted] called our office and filed a complaint. That same day I called her and went to her house but her husband was not home. The next day the 23rd, I send my General Manger and he looked at the floors and said we might be able to get it cleaner. I told Mrs. [redacted] I would re-clean all of the areas for free. Mrs. [redacted] did not want us to reclean them as she is going to get them replaced or repaired. I then offered Mrs. [redacted] a gift certificate for the $441. the amount that she spent for the work, she also declined this.
I am aware of this issue and we have worked with her insurance company to repair or replace the items she is missing or damaged. Already talked to her Insurance and they have taken care of the customer. All itmes were stored at our office, we kept the damaged and undamaged...
items, so nothing was thrown away. Customer wants items replaced that still work or were not damages. Insurance company is handling the claim.
I talked to [redacted] yesterday. The wood floors were cleaned because her boyfriend scheduled and paid for them to get cleaned. We cleaned the floors on 6/22/15 and [redacted] called yesterday (7/1/15) and complained about how they looked. I told [redacted] that we would come back to her home...
and re-clean the wood floors for her for free. After the floors are cleaned, we offer a recoat, which gives the floors a high shine. [redacted] did not have this service done, but we will apply it for ,when we re-clean the floors.
