The business has not responded to messages, emails or *** messages. They have now blocked me from their ***.
Below is my compaint:
Very disappointed in the bouquet that you delivered today. Below is the one we ordered a purple and white DELUXE bouquet completely filled in with flowers and greens. What was delivered is the bottom photo which is nothing to compare to the original. It is empty with a bow that's falling off. It;s not the color we wanted and no where near the value for the one we paid for. If there had to be a substitute I should've been contacted. I am embarrassed that we sent that to someone. My credit card is also pending for the full amount which was to include a balloon which I was aware would not be delivered however I should not be charged for it.
I've been calling for the past hour and nobody is answering. I would appreciate you acknowledging your mistake and correcting it.
