That is not true. No one said to buy any other mattress. AND I would never lie. I would swore under oath that Mr [redacted] came into my daughter and son in law's house(who I live with) and their 3 children and he said thee is a defective mattress. In fact, he pull the mattress top way way up. I also have contacted the [redacted]. com. I just don't understand I paid the [redacted]'s over 800.00 in cash and have all my receipt. and warranty. Thank you so very much Revdex.com for trying to help me.  [redacted]

Yes, I do want my money back. The man name [redacted] the go man  between The [redacted] and [redacted] said I could have my money back. AND then things changed. Why would I want to continue doing my business with people who are not truthful. Yes, I do want my money back. = My daughter took pictures of the mildew mattress, So we have proof that the [redacted] are not truthful people. How sad to run a business like that. Yes I would love to keep this claim with Revdex.com until I get my money back. Thank you for your time. [redacted]

I went out and looked at the queen mattress that [redacted] had purchased and it is NOT DEFECTIVE as I had told her.  [redacted] was told when she came in to purchase a mattress that she should upgrade to a better mattress than what she was looking at but that was all she wanted to spend on...

a mattress.  She was repeatedly told that was not a high end mattress set and she insisted that that was all she wanted to spend.  There is nothing I can do about her not being comfortable on the mattress she purchased as it has been slept on and in no way is defective.  As for [redacted] calling the store, when she called a message was taken and I returned her call promptly. I am very sorry that she is unhappy with the mattress.
