Revdex.com spoke to Nelson at business and the following was relayed: All times the customer brought vehicle in it was for non-warrantied issues, wear items, that we warrantied out of good faithConsumer has never complained about loss of anti-freeze or vehicle over-heatingThere has been no reported issues of the engine or transmissionThe consumer did not talk to me on 3/as I was not in the countryThe car was sold with over 100k miles on it which under NYS requires us to provide no warrantyHowever, we provided the consumer with a day warranty and then a good faith extended warranty of labor for the first year at the reduced rate of $an hour plus the parts and our cost with a 10% mark upShe did not bring it back to us to look at or repair

I took the vehicle to Nelson because of issues that we were experiencing, such as tire pressure emergency lightThat is not something that would be considered to be wear and tearNelson provided a warranty under the days, which he never even fixed and is still ON! He had the vehicle on different occasionsI am not a mechanic and wouldn't know about these other problems that were being foundI was informed that these problems such as the head gasket, and wheel bearings is not something that happens overnight. Where is this issue about over-heating and loss of anti-freeze? Do you even know what car you sold to us? If they can't fix something as simple as a tire pressure sensor, how would I expect you to fix the other problems with the carOr, maybe its the fact that you DID know about the problems, and just refused to address them?

The car was sold with over 100k miles on it which under NYS requires us to provide no warranty. However, we provided the consumer with a 30 day warranty and then a good faith extended warranty of labor for the first year at the reduced rate of $50 an hour plus the parts and our cost with a 10% mark up. She did not bring it back to us to look at or repair.
