I ordered several products from them including 6 light fixtures and 6 RGB bulbs made by Mi Light. The light fixtures and bulbs have not worked as they should. The Mi Light RGB products claim to have a long life of 25 years or 50,000 hours but I have had to replace sets of light bulbs twice over the period of just over a year. The bulbs are very expensive in addition to the cost of the electrician to install them every time they need changing.

Exchange I would like to have 6 replacement fixtures and bulbs sent to me to replace the defective batch I was given.
We constantly helped this customer out with this issue because upon initial installation, they had cut the original screws of the products so it was not able to have a tight seal to the product as it was supposed to and we gave them replacement parts as well. No other customer has had issues with that product or its installation since we began selling it. Our product warranty covers any defects of our fixtures, but they had tampered with the product so it was out of the warranty and we still supported them with our assistance countless times. We gave them many different options to better seal the fixture under the circumstances if needed and we even sent our own electrician to review their installation which was confirmed that was done wrong initially. We have not heard from the customer since. The Milights are not under our company warranty and would need to be further discussed directly with them regarding their warranty since it has already been installed and used.

1. The screws we used were the original screws. We even sent one of our people out there to pick up a new set to ensure the set we were installing was correct and they know that. So why would they say we have the wrong screws?
2. What is their excuse for the finish of the exterior of the lights to have deteriorated this much? It has been less than one year and the exterior finish of these lights are peeling and look terrible. Photos are posted here: ***
3. Not true about their electrician. He never came. They mentioned it but never followed through. Secondly, this has nothing to do with installl.....water penetration and the finish of the fixtures are not related to electrical.
1. As well on the new sets, our electrician confirmed that they were not installed correctly and we gave them many different options on how to better install them. Even when THEIR electrician wrongfully installed the fixtures, we still accepted to help them and try to give them options to fix the issue.
2. Because the fixtures had not been sealed correctly, the fixture got water inside which caused it to condensate heavily. We had also mentioned to the customer that this light is not to be installed by a pool and they had installed it next to their pool which is constantly getting splashed with chlorine and other chemicals which can cause it to have different chemical reactions with the metal. We have multiple customers who have installed these on multiple projects and they never had an issue.
3. We sent out electrician three times to look at the issue. Our electrician went and even took photos of the wrong installation of the products and sent them to us to confirm. With our customer support, we sent out an electrician to look at their installation and he confirmed to us it was wrong and took photos for proof.
This customer is trying to attack us because he didn't hire a licensed electrician to install these in the first place and now he has fallen into these issues and expects us to give him new products after ruining the original ones. We even offered to refund their money if they would like to return the products and Ari wanted to keep them. This customer is angry about installing the product wrong and is now trying to blame us for their wrongdoing.

Firstly, this business has not proposed a resolution. Instead, they continue to falsely claim they offered me a full refund and sent their electrician to my house. Neither of which are true. Secondly, the installation of their light fixtures was completed by a licensed General Contractor. The fact that they keep stating that they were installed incorrectly is false as they have never seen the installation. Lastly, before we purchased these lights we confirmed with both *** and *** that they would be appropriate to install on the pool deck. They both said yes and that is why we brought these light fixtures. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
