Honest and fair, cant ask for more. Everything goes as planned and he gives top notch service. His professionalism, attentiveness and attention to detail never waned. He listens to everything you say and delivers on your wants and needs. The whole project from inception to finish was well planned and executed w precision. Anyone considering using AB Masonry should do so w out hesitation! I have recommended Rob to family and friends and will continue to do so. Review: This company did ashphalt work on our driveway in August 2011. Contractor's paper gives Two years gurantee on asphalt against major cracks. We started to notice fraying on the edges and pieces started to fall off like a piece of cake. We called onSept.2012 the workman [redacted] of this company who was the one who signed the contract and we paid him. He came on Oct.2012 to inspect the problem and suggested that he could instead repairing the ashphalt he can finish this border with 10 feet of Belgium blocks for two hundred dollars. We accepted it and he said we should call him sometime in Spring of 2013. Since then we called him on June 2013 and August 2013. He keeps postponing and does not give definite response. Our two years of gurantee will run out and he will not keep his end of the bargain. We need somehow a third party to reassure us as to what we need to expectDesired Settlement: Finish this issue so we do not have to keep calling him.

My company completed a paver installation project at [redacted]'s residence to complete satisfaction. She paid us in full upon completion of the project and expressed to me then, that I can use her as a reference for future projects. There was a portion of black top that is not on her property that is actually an easement to the roadway that she asked me to patch. The area surrounding this patch to the left and right of her property is her neighbors property and consists of sand and gravel. It was expressed to her that the edges of the blacktop may fray over time with snowplows and road traffic. When she came to me concerned about the small area fraying I expressed to her as I originally did that a Belgian block border can be put in place to prevent it from further fraying. I never actually gave her a written proposal as I felt we were on very good terms and I explained to her that it was a small project that I would take care of when I was back working in the area the following season. She was happy with the response and agreed to wait until the following season for me to take care of the small repair as I was not going to charge the normal minimum that's company policy. I have responded to each of her phone calls and requests and reiterated to her that due to variables outside of my control I have not been in the area and fully expected to take care of the damage from road traffic and harsh elements when I am working more local. She only placed 2 phone calls to my company, both of witch I responded prompley to, before she decided to go to the Revdex.com. I would also like to make note that up until very recently the major roadway to get to her residence which includes passing over a bridge over a waterway, was damaged and closed due to hurricane Sandy. We are a small family owned business that takes pride in customer satisfaction with full owners attention given to each client. I fully expected to addres s [redacted]'s concern from day one. I asked her to be patient as I do not have multiple crews that I dispatch. I am personally on every job site large or small. As a owner operater of A.B. Masonry Contractors I can say without hesitation that honesty, integrity and reputation is the foundation of our success and I would not want that threatened in any way. Especially due to circumstances that were beyond my control or that had no bearing on the quality of our workmanship.
