Aarvengard Lockout Service

I was locked out of my house and I called this company and they got a technician to call me back in about minutesHe called me back and said he was going to refer this job to someone that was closerThat person never showed upI called the company back and she said she would find out what the problem wasShe never called me back then another lady called me back in minutes and said it would be another minutes before she cameDo not ever use this company they are worthless!

We called Aarvengard to come unlock her truck. I asked the lady on the phone what the rate would be to unlock a truck and she said it was $29.99 processing fee plus a minimum $15.00 fee for the technician depending on how long it took the tech. When the "tech" go there he told us it was going to be $150. After we explained that was not what the lady said he told us that the $15.00 was to unlock things like desk drawers. (What???) Anyway, after finally negotiating with him, he came down to $75.00. We were stuck so at that point we had no choice. It took him 2 minutes to unlock the truck since we had already got it somewhat pried open. We called the company back to make sure that he was being honest about the price and also to make sure that they knew. After some prodding, she admitted that they allowed the techs to charge their own prices on the weekends. It's not that we minded the price, but we really felt that they were dishonest on the front end. If they would have told us that they let their techs swindle the customers on site, we obviously wouldn't have used them but at least we would have known up front what the charge was. It was a very disappointing experience.
