Thank you for your multiple purchases from Aaron's Farm. I am sorry two of your peach trees on your very last order failed to survive transplanting. Our peach trees sold out very fast this year, we were already sold out prior to being notified of your need for replacement, and for this I am very...

In addition I am going to issue you a $50.00 store credit for the inconveniences experienced. Thank you very much for buying your crabapple tree from Aaron's Farm. I am sorry to hear about the quality of the plants you have received from our nursery. We should have processed you another shipment immediately once we were notified of how your tree was received and that it was not damaged...
prior to shipping. We made a mistake and did not handle the situation correctly. We do not like hearing experiences like you have described and I would like the opportunity to make this up to you. We are mailing you a refund check today. In addition we are going to ship you a 100% free replacement on 4-3-17. We are not able to ship during the growing season and once we will be able to ship, per regulations, you will likely be too cold to plant. Aaron's Farm and Ty Ty Nursery are sister companies. We do not operate under 30 different names as a lot of that misinformation in the form of anonymous reviews has been found to be competitor slander.
