I first purchased a pre leased set from this company. When it was delivered it was scuffed, dirty, had human hair, dog/cat hair in the cushions, as well as Tabacco as well as a piece of women's clothing. I phoned them right away and they said they'd take it back and "clean it out". When it was redelivered still had clothing in it, and was still dirty. I phoned them again and he told me that he watched them clean it. I said well there's still dirt and whatnot in it. ***. The regional manager phoned me but I missed the call, so I spoke to the store manager and they asked me to come pick out something else. So, I did. Dealt with *** again, and I told him I needed leather as I have animals. I finally found the PERFECT tan leather couch. It was the same colour as their office door at Aaron's. I said perfect that's the one. *** said I didn't have to pay the difference. Then, they came to deliver the new set and said I had to pay $10 for the difference. In my head, I was like ok whatever. So they take out the old set (scratched my floor and front door) in comes the new set. It was a FABRIC set. I had the delivery guys call the manager on duty and he said *** would have to fix it. So they left me with a fabric couch (no love seat) *** called me the next day saying there's no way he ordered me a leather set at the price he gave me. ***. I hung up and said I'm going to deal with their head office. Now, a week and three days and no regional manager has called me back. Today I find out that they closed off my complaint because it was dealt with. ***
