August 7, To Whom It May Concern: Re: [redacted] /Revdex.com Case# [redacted] Greetings, Whenever we replaced any glass on the vehicle we always check the vehicle to see if there are any damages on the vehicle The damages that we check are from the outside of the car where the damage occurred for example if a customer comes in to have a front windshield replaced we will check the outside of the vehicle like if there are any scratches, dents or any other major damages on the car, it is very hard for us to check the vehicle inch by inch to see if there are any damages inside the vehicle we only concentrate on the areas that we are going to work on Therefore, it was hard for us to check to see if Ms [redacted] had a half inch crack on the screen of her radio when she came in to have her windshield replaced Also, when we replace the front windshield we work from the outside of the vehicle not from the inside, we never worked from the inside of the vehicle, we remove the old Windshield from the outside even when we put the rearview mirror we already put it on the windshield before we install it The only think that we put from the inside will be the city sticker other than that there is no need for us to work on the windshield from the inside out Consequently, Aaron Auto Glass is not willing to compensate Ms [redacted] a full refundI do apologize that I was not able to respond right away, for the reason that, the manager that spoke to Ms [redacted] was on vacation for weeks and he just came back to work today August 7, If I may be of further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me via email at [redacted] @YAHOO.COMThank You, [redacted] ***
